The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. Summary of grounds for appeal;

A. Compared to misunderstanding of facts and misunderstanding of legal principles, it was impossible for the Defendant to recognize the change of the vehicle signal itself, so there was no intention in violation of the signal. 2) The Defendant appears to have turn on the yellow light of the rapid rapid vehicle signal, etc. in order to maintain the safety distance with the prior buses immediately before entering the intersection. B. The lower court’s sentence of unreasonable sentencing (the fine of KRW 60,000) is too unreasonable.

2. Determination

A. 1) Judgment of the court below as to the assertion of mistake of facts that the defendant did not have an intention to commit a violation of signal signals has the same purport in the court below, and the court below rejected the above assertion by providing a detailed statement in the "decision on the argument of the defendant and his defense counsel".
