1. The judgment of the first instance, including the claim extended by the Plaintiff in this court, is modified as follows.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff is operating both a fish farm in E in a female city (hereinafter “Plaintiff farm”).

C. Around January 25, 2017, the day following the above entrance system, 30 heads of the franchis were dead, among the franchis entered in the Plaintiff farm, 2017, 30 heads of the franchis were dead, and 75 heads of the franchis were dead, among the franchis, the franchis were franchis raised and shipped the franchis through veterinarians.

On January 26, 2017, the Plaintiff requested the Gyeonggi-do Animal Sanitation Laboratory to conduct diagnostic tests on two abandoned money as above. On January 31, 2017, the head of the above laboratory site: (a) issued on January 31, 2017 the following diagnostic tests to the Plaintiff; and (b) the head of the above laboratory site site: (c) the diagnosis name of the type of household items; (d) 2 clinical symptoms and secondary autopsy dogs; (e) - pulmon difficulties and coconsium; and (e) waste death - chest - chest breasting, breast water storage, pulmonary PCV and side PCV (PP pyocovi), and AP ch chron (pulmonofoco virus); and (e) the head of the above laboratory site site: (e) the examination site: (e) the examination name of the type of household items; (e) the examination name of the body; (e) - the examination name of the body; (e) the 3rd PC number -1 to 3 (3) p.CV.m. p.
