1. Defendant Seoul Guarantee Insurance Co., Ltd., and D, respectively:

A. The plaintiff A is 15,000,000 won and the defendant against this.

1. Basic facts

A. Defendant C delegated the authority to conclude a lease agreement with the name of “F real estate” in Do Government-si, and was authorized to conclude each lease agreement with the scope of KRW 3 million for lease deposit and KRW 300,000 for the loan of this case within the scope of KRW 2 million for lease deposit and KRW 300,000 for the loan of this case, and KRW 303,00 for the loan of this case within the scope of KRW 303,00 for the loan of this case.

B. 1) Defendant D entered into a lease agreement with the Plaintiff stating that “A was delegated by the lessor to enter into an agreement with the Plaintiff as KRW 15 million, monthly rent of KRW 180,000,000” (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”) and deceiving the Plaintiff A on April 12, 2014, between Defendant D and Defendant D, and Defendant C as the broker and agent of Defendant D, Defendant C as the lessor, and the lease deposit amount of KRW 15,000,000, and the lease term of KRW 180,000,000 from May 12, 2014 to April 26, 2016 (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”). Defendant D paid each of the lease deposit amount of KRW 150,000 on the date of the lease deposit (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”).

3) From May to September of the same year, Plaintiff A remitted rent, etc. under the instant lease agreement to the account in the name of D, and Defendant D paid to Defendant C the amount calculated by adding KRW 120,000 to the said rent received from Plaintiff A. (c) On March 23, 2012, Plaintiff B entered into a lease agreement between Plaintiff B and Defendant D with Defendant D as the broker and agent, Defendant C as the lessor, and Defendant C as the lessor, with the lease deposit amount of KRW 300,000,000, and the lease term of KRW 30,000,000 from April 25, 2012 to April 25, 2014.
