A. 1) Assignment to Plaintiff A of the real estate listed in [Attachment A] List 1, and 2) August 1, 2019.
Reasons
1. Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of arguments stated in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 3 as to the claim against defendant D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Defendant D"), the following facts are as follows: ① the owner of the real estate listed in attached Table No. 1 (hereinafter "the first building of this case") on October 12, 2017, which entered into the lease contract No. 31,450,00, monthly rent No. 3,561,250 (including value-added tax), and the lease contract No. 20, Oct. 20, 2017 (hereinafter "the lease contract No. 1 lease contract of this case"), and the lease contract of this case No. 30, Oct. 20, 201 to 20, the owner of the building of this case (hereinafter "the plaintiff Co. 1") entered into the lease contract No. 2 of this case as the lease contract of this case No. 1 to 30, Oct. 20, 2018.
