Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as a public duty personnel, served as a general administrative assistant belonging to the Eunpyeong-gu Sports Business Team of the Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Facilities Management Foundation, from March 23, 2012 to May 1, 2012, and left office for at least eight days in total without justifiable grounds, from April 19, 2012 to May 1, 2012.
