Punishment of the crime

The defendant is one of the public interest service personnel called at around September 5, 2012 and currently serving at B elementary school.

While serving as public interest service personnel, the defendant left his service without justifiable grounds from February 22, 2013 to March 6, 2013.

Accordingly, the defendant, as a public interest service personnel, has deserted his service for at least eight days in total without justifiable grounds.
