The Defendant B operated the “E Child Care Center” (hereinafter “instant Child Care Center”) in Seogpo-si D and 101, and Defendant B was registered as the principal of the instant Child Care Center as the head of the instant Child Care Center.
In order to improve the working environment, ability improvement, and time extension for infant care teachers registered in the integrated infant care information system integrated by the Ministry of Health and Welfare, subsidies shall be granted once a month to teachers exclusively in charge of infant care in terms of personnel expenses.
