A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant dealt with the psychotropic drugs-related Mesofts (tentatively referred to as “philopon”; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”), as follows:

1. On April 1, 2012, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.4g gramphonephones contained in a small vinyl paper from D at around 04:30,000,000 from “C” located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.

2. The Defendant, at around 23:30 on the same day as Paragraph 1, administered approximately 0.05g philophones by means of dilution and dilution at the same place.

3. On September 1, 2012, around 01:00, the Defendant purchased D Driving car parked in front of Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, about KRW 0.8 grams from D, and KRW 0.8 grams from D, which is contained in D for a disposable injection machine.

4. On September 2012, the Defendant administered approximately 0.1g of phiphonephones, in the same manner as Paragraph 2, at around 23:30, the Defendant administered approximately 0.1g of phiphones.
