The defendant shall calculate 90,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from May 8, 2020 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. Around July 31, 2002, the Plaintiff loaned KRW 50,000,000 to the Defendant respectively, and KRW 20,000,000 around June 30, 2004, and KRW 20,00,000 around August 30, 2004.

According to the above facts of recognition, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the total amount of KRW 90,000,000 (= KRW 50,000 + KRW 20,000,000 + KRW 20,000 + KRW 20,000,000) and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from May 8, 2020 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the day of delivery of the complaint (application for payment order) sought by the plaintiff.
3. The conclusion is that the plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
