Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding five hundred thousand won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

Punishment of the crime

On January 14, 2017, the Defendant was a person holding BM520 automobiles, and around 21:22, around January 14, 2017, the Defendant operated the said automobiles with approximately KRW 1 km from the old sub-dong Center to the previous station in Busan Metropolitan City, the Defendant did not purchase mandatory insurance.
