A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is operating Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Category B, and the victim D (the age of 42) operates a restaurant called E in the same building, and there was conflict on the ground that the smelling honds in Pyeongtaek E came into C.

1. Around 12:51 on May 15, 2013, the Defendant attempted to attach the victim’s tables and chairs to the E-cafeteria operated by the victim D in Guro-gu Seoul, Seoul, but failed to do so.
