Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A operated a D Game Center on the second floor of the C Building, and Defendant B was an employee in the above game site and was in charge of the duties such as customer response.

Although a game related business entity should not allow customers to gamble or perform other speculative acts using a game product or neglect to allow them to do so, Defendant A operated the game room with 40 points "Skone Star" from around December 6, 2018 to March 22, 2019, including 20 points "Skone Star", 20 points "Skone", and 30 points "Drick Telecom" and operated the game room, and customers stored and manage the points obtained through the game in the tables PC. On the other hand, if the points are traded in cash at a rate of 7,000 won per 10,000 points, 20,000 points per 30,000 points, the points stored in the tables PC in the future of selling the points to Defendant B, and put the points into the game for customers who want to purchase and use the points.

By creating a certain number of scores and allowing customers to do so in a manner of deduction, customers were left unattended to perform speculative acts using game products by allowing customers to trade the scores acquired.
