Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

The defendant shall pay 190,000 won to the applicant B, and the applicant C.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, on May 3, 2018, posted a false statement on May 3, 2018, stating that he/she sells a mobile phone on the G Internet portal HC bulletin board without intent or ability to sell the goods, and that in this context, he/she received KRW 210,00 from the victim D to the I Bank J account under the name of the Defendant, such as transfer of KRW 210,000 from the victim D to the I Bank J account under the name of the Defendant, and then posted a false statement on selling the goods through the Internet and SNS online display from May 3, 2018 to August 3, 2018, and received KRW 5,459,000 in total from the victims as the price for the goods.

On June 12, 2018, the Defendant, “2018 Godan 1971, the Defendant,” wanting to purchase one of the official machine mobile phones with 8 Popon 64 devices from the victim’s cell phone located in Cheongju-gu, Cheongju-si.

The payment was made on June 18, 2018, with a false statement of KRW 700,000 and KRW 130,000 on July 1, 2018.

However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to pay the price even if he received 8 flus 64 mobile phone delivery from the injured person.

The Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victim as above; and (b) immediately received from the victim the delivery of 830,000 won or more at the market price of 830,000 from the mobile phone; (c) the Defendant was delivered one cell phone with the 800,000

Accordingly, the defendant acquired the victim's property by fraud.

The Defendant, on July 17, 2018, up to 2018, posted a false letter stating that he/she sells a contact pocket book to P even though he/she did not intend or have an ability to sell the contact pocket book, and that he/she has received KRW 170,000 from the victim M as the price for the contact pocket, and that he/she sells the contact pocket book by means of P and Q open hosting until August 14, 2018, as shown in the list of crimes in attached Form 10, as shown in the list of crimes in attached Form 10.
