A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

The defendant shall be an applicant C with the amount of KRW 75,00 and the amount of compensation.

Punishment of the crime

On June 23, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for fraud at the Chuncheon District Court for one year and two months, and completed the execution of the sentence on January 18, 2017.

The Defendant, around March 8, 2017, posted a false letter stating that he/she sold panum cump cump cump cump cump cump cump cump cump on the Internet, and then received KRW 100,000 from the victim F to the national bank account in the name of the Defendant, and received KRW 845,000 in total from five victims over five times from around that time until March 23, 2017, respectively, as shown in the attached list of crimes.

The Defendant, on February 16, 2017, posted a false letter stating “H performance coper” in the Twitter in the original city G and 103 Dong 1208 on February 16, 2017, and then, he/she acquired KRW 25,000 on February 16, 2017 from the victim I (14 tax, female) to the Defendant’s bank account in the name of the Defendant’s name, and acquired KRW 300,000 on February 16, 2017 from around that time to February 25, 2017, and acquired KRW 2,295,000 on a total amount of ten times from eight victims, as described in the attached list of crimes.

1. On March 31, 2017, the Defendant posted a false statement on the twitter that “it sells panty twits and twits” in the vicinity of the twitter, and acquired KRW 102,50,00 from the victim J to the national bank account in the name of the Defendant.

2. On April 20, 2017, the Defendant posted a false letter to “Sales of K Twitet” in the vicinity of the Won-si, the Defendant received 300,000 won from the victim M to the Nong Bank account in the name of the Defendant on April 20, 2017, and received 250,000 won from each remittance under the same name as on May 3, 2017.

3. On April 21, 2017, the Defendant’s false statement that “K Twitter sells K Twitter tickets” in the vicinity of the Kuju-si.
