A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 28, 2019, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol at 0.129% of blood alcohol level on September 23:24, 2019, driven Dsch Rexton car from the public parking lot adjacent to the “C” located in Jeju City B to the 284 (Era mobileing) street from Jeju City.

2. On September 28, 2019, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (the injury caused by dangerous driving) caused injury to the victim E (the age 28) driving car in the front of the said Bo Rexton car by neglecting to drive the Dsch Rexton car under the influence of drinking, such as a little red string, and due to the difficulty of normal driving due to the influence of drinking. While driving the Dsch Rexton car under the influence of drinking, the Defendant was negligent in neglecting the E (the age 28) driving car in the front of the said signal while driving the E (the age 28) driving car while driving it was difficult to drive the car normally.
