1. The Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) paid KRW 250,000,000 to the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) and its related amount from October 21, 2017 to August 16, 2018.

1. Basic facts

A. On April 1, 2017, the Defendant concluded a contract to transfer the instant commercial building to F with the Plaintiff, a pharmacist introduced by F on April 28, 2017, and concluded a sublease contract with the Plaintiff, a pharmacist introduced by F on April 28, 2017, as the lessee of the D Building E (hereinafter “instant commercial building”).
