A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

"2014 Highest 2339" Defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. At around 23:50 on May 9, 2013, the Defendant received philophones by receiving approximately one 1 gram of psychotropic drugs, which are psychotropic drugs concealed by E mail, on the second floor of the D exhibition hall located in Ansan-si C, Ansan-si.

2. On July 16, 2013, at around 21:00, the Defendant: (a) parked in the alley-type parking lot adjacent to the Franchis Association in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, 342-60-60, and (b) purchased and sold 600,000 won in the name of the purchase price for phiphones to E; and (c) purchased and sold phiphones by receiving 1 g of phiphones with approximately one gram of phiphones.

3. On August 27, 2013, around 22:30, the Defendant: (a) stopped in the vicinity of the meltyangdong located in the meltyangdong of the Government; (b) purchased and sold philopon by taking one philopon using a 600,000 won for the purchase price of philopon to E, one philopon and one philopon containing approximately one gram of philopon.

4. On June 27, 2014, the Defendant administered phiphonephones by inserting approximately 0.03 gramphones into paper World Cup and drinking it in coffee.

On July 9, 2013, at around 23:29, the Defendant remitted KRW 600,000 to E, a psychotropic drug, as the purchase price for psychotropic drugs (tentatively called 'copon'; hereinafter referred to as 'copon'), and affixed the following seals:

7.0.02:00, in the E-car stopped in front of the Dong Seoul terminal located in the Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, trade 0.7 grams from E in the philopon.
