1. The Defendants are not less than 1,413 m2,00 square meters among the Plaintiff’s gold-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C.

1. Factual basis

A. On February 28, 1983, D, E, and F (hereinafter “D, etc.”) purchased a site (hereinafter “instant land”) 428.3 square meters from the Busan Dong-gu G (hereinafter “Dongdong-gu G-dong” due to the change of the administrative district name on January 1, 1988) from the Busan Dong-gu G (hereinafter “Ydong-dong”) and completed the registration of ownership transfer on the same day, and newly constructed a three-story building of Ka-dong B-dong B-dong (hereinafter “instant building”) on the ground and J on the same day and completed the registration of ownership transfer on December 31, 1983.

The instant land was divided into J on July 9, 1984 and became 2229.1 square meters. L was divided on September 13, 1984 and became 2016.4 square meters. M was divided on August 8, 1985 and became 1884.2 square meters. N was divided on May 14, 1986 and became 1570.2 square meters. A divided on March 17, 1987 and became 1216.4 square meters.

D, as above, on the N Site partitioned on May 14, 1986 (hereinafter “instant land”), D et al. constructed a building of the first floor underground and the fifth floor above ground level (hereinafter “instant B”) of the tidal Pive D’s Pib roof, and completed the preservation registration on November 15, 1990.

B. As to the instant land and building A, in the auction procedure due to a voluntary auction application filed by the Korea-Japan Bank (the land on July 20, 1983, and each building on December 11, 1983) and the Korea-Japan Mutual Savings and Finance Company (the registration of the creation of mortgage on land and building on August 3, 1992; hereinafter referred to as the “Non-Korean Mutual Savings and Finance Company”), the Non-Korean Civil Savings and Finance Company (the registration of the establishment of mortgage on land and building on December 11, 1983), the Non-Korean Civil Savings and Finance Company (hereinafter referred to as the “Non-Korean Mutual Savings and Finance Company”), the Non-Korean Civil Savings and Finance Company was awarded a successful bid on March 31, 199, and after Q and R completed the registration of ownership transfer on July 27, 2006, the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer due to the trust on August

C. As to the instant land B and Dong buildings, T on March 17, 1997 and purchased them for the same year.

7. 21. Upon completing the registration of ownership transfer on October 5, 2003, the Defendants purchased 1/2 shares on October 5, 2003, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on November 6, 2003.

The building B of this case is among the land A.
