1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) remove each building listed in Appendix 2;
(b) the delivery of the land listed in Appendix 1;
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On December 24, 2010, the Defendant concluded a sales contract for the Defendant’s land and each building listed in the separate sheet Nos. 1 and the separate sheet No. 2 (hereinafter “each building of this case”), purchased from C the land listed in the separate sheet No. 1 (hereinafter “instant land”) and each building listed in the separate sheet No. 2 (hereinafter “each building of this case”).
