Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On May 6, 2008, a civil society organization with 1,500 U.S. beef co-operation, etc. established a "National Countermeasure Council against Import of U.S. Beef Risk Co-operation" (hereinafter referred to as the "Countermeasures Council") for the purpose of organizing a strike against the full import of U.S. beef, by asserting that "the phased import expansion agreement of U.S. beef entered into with the Government of the Republic of Korea on April 18, 2008 is a stroke negotiation, as well as a result of undermining the people's health rights."

Since May 2, 2008, the countermeasures conference led to the ‘Madlelightlight meeting against the import of U.S. beef from Seoul, etc.', which was held by the Seoul Cheong River, etc. from May 2, 2008, and held a candlelight meeting, which is an outdoor assembly at night, from May 6, 2008. From May 24, 2008, the countermeasures conference tried to enter the Cheong River basin with the city of the city, such as the following day after the candlelight meeting, by the following day, from May 24, 2008.
