Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, using multiple injury insurance policies, did not suffer injury to the extent of receiving hospitalized treatment, and did not actually receive hospitalized treatment, issued a false certificate of entrance and discharge, and submitted it to an insurance company to receive the insurance money.

The defendant alleged that he/she sustained injury due to the cases, etc. that he/she exceeded the ice iceway between February 5, 2013 and January 25, 2014, and hospitalized him/her in the D convalescent Hospital C located in Namdong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City around January 2, 2013, and hospitalized him/her in the D convalescent Hospital C, and the same year
