A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for nine years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

【Criminal Power】 On November 8, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. at the Busan District Court on January 24, 2014, and completed the execution of the sentence at the detention center.

【Criminal Facts】

1. Intrusion upon residence and theft;

A. A. Around 13:00 on February 12, 2015, the Defendant: (a) broken the window for the purpose of thefting goods at the victim D’s residence located in Busan Y-gu; and (b) went into the victim’s residence through the shoulder window, thereby infringing on the victim’s residence. (c) On the date and time set forth in the above paragraph (1) above; (d) two gold-frames of KRW 100,000 in the market price of the victim D owned at the same place; and (e) one gold-frame of KRW 200,000 in the market price of KRW 20,000 in the amount of KRW 20,000 in the middle of February 13, 2015; and (e) the Defendant went into the victim’s residence with the victim’s house located in Busan Y-gu Y-gu 13:00 on February 2, 2015; and (e) the Defendant went out the residence of the victim’s house.

2) The Defendant, at the time and place set forth in the foregoing paragraph 1, stolen the victim F, with two wallets for female women, one portable gas burner, etc., at the market price in which the victim F was located.

C. around 13:00 on February 2015, the Defendant: (a) entered the victim G located in Busan Y-gu with the entrance door for the purpose of theft of goods; (b) the Defendant invadedd the victim’s residence; (c) on the date and time indicated in the foregoing paragraph (1) above; (d) 2 of the female-use wall, including 30,00 won, 1,000 won, 2 of the male-use wall, 1,000 won, 1,000 won, 2 of the female-use wall, 1,000 won, 1,000 won, and 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 won.
