A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 24, 2014, at around 02:00, the Defendant: (a) entered the F K K K K K K K K K K K K K K K KMMMMMMD operated by the victim D located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daegu; and (b) took one cell phone owned by the victim of the said K KMMMMMMMD by using the gaps
