Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 20, 2017, the Defendant: (a) 22:5 on the street in front of “an anti-do Bodo apartment in the 3-Dong-dong, Busan Metropolitan City (56 years old); (b) taken a taxi for business purpose in front of “an anti-do Bodo apartment in the 3-dong, Busan Metropolitan City (56 years old); and (c) taken a back to the back seat in the Busan Jin-gu, U.S.; and (d) the victim during the operation, while driving the taxi, was deemed to have a deep line.

"For the reason of being asked as "the victim", "I am friend, I am friend," but am friend, I am off the victim's back clothes from the driver's seat, and assaulted the victim's head and the part after the victim's head at one time.

2. Around 23:20 on the same day as paragraph 1 of this paragraph, the Defendant was arrested as a flagrant offender in the “D District” located in Busan Dongdong-gu, Busan, and was arrested as a flagrant offender and detained by two other persons, without any justifiable reason, in the presence of E and two other persons, the Defendant publicly insultd the victim by “Ye-gu, Hae-gu, U.S. Hae-gu, U.S. Hae-gu, U.S. D. D. D., and the victim was sexually insulting the victim.
