Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On December 2, 1992, the Defendant received a decision to transfer juvenile protection cases from the Daegu District Court on December 2, 1992, and was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor from the Daegu District Court on July 22, 1994. On January 11, 2005, the Daegu District Court sentenced ten years of imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc., and the said decision became final and conclusive on August 19, 2005, and completed the execution of the sentence on October 19, 2014.
