A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

On November 11, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse at the Daegu District Court on November 1, 201, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Daegu Prison on December 20, 2012.

1. On July 4, 2014, around 19:00, the Defendant, at the time of purchasing a Ban, sent his body to the victim E (the 42-year-old) who is the owner of the business, while displaying his body and claiming a price, was frighting to cause danger and injury.

2. On July 19, 2014, at G stores located in Daegu Northern-gu F, Daegu, the Defendant committed as if the Defendant would pay the amount of money by purchasing clothes from the victim H, an employee, at around 19:00.

However, at the time, the defendant had no intention or ability to pay the price due to the lack of money.

As such, the Defendant, as shown in the attached Table 2, acquired financial benefits equivalent to KRW 152,00 from the victims three times in total between August 8, 2014, including deceiving the victims as such, thereby avoiding the payment of KRW 74,00 from the victims and acquiring the same amount of monetary benefits.

3. Intimidation.

A. On August 31, 2014, around 19:30 on August 31, 2014, the Defendant expressed the Defendant’s body’s body and threatened the victim, “In so doing, 65 years of age, she was unable to dry the cryp of the cryp, she would die.”
