Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person driving Cenz SUV car.

On August 22, 2016, around 07:40, as the above SUV car, the victim D(37 taxes, south) E, which was driven at the two-lane in the city of Sungnam-si in Seoul from the vicinity of the SUV tunnel to the GUV car in the city of Sungnam-gu in Seoul to the 2-lane in the Gido-do-do-ro Do- Do- Do- Do- the 2-way in the Gido-do-ro Do- in the Gido-do-ro. The CUV car was frighted to the above victim, who kid with the Defendant's operation.

The Defendant proceeds along the two lanes, maintained the same speed as the victim and the right ahead, and driven close to the vehicle, and could proceed in front of the vehicle on the front side of the Defendant, while changing the lane in front of the damaged vehicle, and the damaged vehicle changed the course to the two lanes, thereby threatening the change of the course before the damaged vehicle, and the damaged vehicle is driving with a threat to the change of the vehicle in front of the damaged vehicle, while threatening the victim to change the lane in front of the damaged vehicle.

As above, the Defendant used a vehicle, which is a dangerous object for about four minutes in a section of about 5 km on an expressway, to threaten three times and to threaten the victim.
