Reasons
Punishment of the crime
From September 5, 2016 to February 28, 2019, the Defendant was operating the “C Child Care Center” in Dong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City from around September 5, 2016 to around February 28, 2019, and was committed with intent to acquire subsidies by falsely registering creditors D, female E, and male and female children as infant care teachers, and by falsely registering children such as parents G as entrusted children.
1. Violation of the Subsidy Management Act, in collusion with D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L, M, M, P, P, Q, Q, T, U, and V, the Defendant received false national subsidies of KRW 5,630,00 from around January 6, 2017 to March 7, 2019, for the purpose of improving the working environment of C Child Care Centers after falsely registering D with C as infant care teachers at C Child Care Centers at C Child Care Centers offices, and receiving KRW 120,000 working environment at C Child Care Centers.
2. In collusion with D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L, M, M, N, P, Q, Q, Q, T, U, and V, on December 23, 2016, the Defendant received 180,000 won for improvement of treatment after falsely registering D at the C Child Care Center office as C Child Care Teachers at the C Child Care Center office, and then received 180,000 won for basic infant care fees, improvement expenses, working environment improvement expenses, promotion allowances, clean free meals, and enjoy 34,891,40,402.5 won for subsidies from the Incheon Dong-gu Office as shown in the attached list of crimes.
3. The head of a nursery school or infant care teacher who violates the Infant Care Act shall not allow any third person to perform the duties of the head of a nursery school or infant care teacher by using his/her name or the title of the nursery school or lend his/her license to
On July 1, 2018, the Defendant borrowed a certificate of infant care teacher from F at an unsound place.
