A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. No one shall forge or alter a registration number plate under the Automobile Management Act;

On September 19, 2019, the Defendant kept the front registration number plate in custody by using a white title, using a white title, etc., and forged the registration number plate of the freight truck (registration number C, August 23, 2000) whose registration is ex officio, and affixed it to the front part of the freight vehicle.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged the registration number plate, which is the mark of public office.

2. Violation of the Automobile Management Act and use of forged air protection;

A. At around 16:00 on September 20, 2019, the Defendant operated the freight truck with a forged registration number plate attached, as described in paragraph (1), from the E Union located in Seopo-si D in Seopo-si, Seopo-si, to the Defendant’s residence.

Accordingly, the Defendant used the registration number plate, which is the mark of forged public office, after operating the forged registration number plate, on a riber which attached the forged registration number plate.

B. At around 17:00 on September 24, 2019, the Defendant operated the freight vehicle with a forged registration number plate attached, as described in paragraph (1), from the G in the front of the Defendant’s residence to the Defendant’s residence to the Defendant’s residence.

Accordingly, the Defendant used the registration number plate, which is the mark of forged public office, after operating the forged registration number plate, on a riber which attached the forged registration number plate.
