Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor of one year and six months and by a fine of 300,000 won.

The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

On July 15, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for the obstruction of performance of official duties by the Seoul Northern District Court, and completed the execution of the said sentence in Seongdong-gu District Court on February 5, 2015.

1. On September 18, 2015, the Defendant: (a) from around 13:18 to around 13:38 of the same day from around September 18, 2015, the Defendant: (b) in the E-city operated by the victim D (the age of 45) who was a driver who arrived near the Taean-gun, Taean-gun, Taean-gun, Taean-gun, Seoul, to arrive at the 304-ro dongbaebb, the Defendant was asked by the victim for the delivery from the said city bus; (c) was placed on the floor of the said city bus; and (d) the victim was hicked with the victim, stating, “I will hick, hick, and hick-do, I will hick the victim’s face; and (d) the victim was going to drive the vehicle in the vehicle where the victim was parked in the vehicle.

놨다 하면서 피해자에게 “개새끼야, 씹새끼야”라는 등의 욕설을 하는 등 행패를 부려 피해자가 위 시내버스를 운행하지 못하게 함으로써 위력으로 피해자의 버스운행 업무를 방해하였다.

2. On February 7, 2016, from around 19:16 to around 19:36 of the same day, the Defendant started from the solar terminal located in 304, Taean-gun, Taean-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Taenam-gun, Taenam-gun, to the 19:36th day of the same day, and the Defendant, at the same Gun level, runs a scopon function in the G urban bus driven by C driver F (46 years old).
