Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 30, 2013, at around 23:40, the Defendant obstructed the Defendant’s business, under the influence of alcohol on the front road B in Changwon-si, Changwon-si B, the Defendant: (a) placed drinking alcohol on the front of the road; (b) laid the rice strings on the floor; and (c) opened rice strings on the floor by gathering rice booms laid on the floor.

While the Defendant was seated on a road by doping that he was flicking with rice, the victim E, who was a driver of D urban bus who operated a mast, tried not to turn off the horn to the Defendant by sounding the horn to the Defendant, the said victim intending to drive the urban bus and return to the Defendant. The Defendant, who, in turn, tried to put plastic sludge into the victim’s vehicle in front of the bus spread, was unable to operate the bus by putting it down in front of the bus spread. As a result, the 6-7 prices of the city bus f-7 prices of the bus f-7 prices of the bus f-hicked in front of the bus f-hick of the Defendant, thereby leading the other bus engineers to the front of the above D urban bus flick.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the city bus operation of about 15 minutes of household bus victims by force.

2. The Defendant committed an act of obstruction of performance of official duties, at the time and place mentioned in the preceding paragraph, by causing the Defendant, at the slope G belonging to the F Zone G with the F Zone, who was under the influence of alcohol upon receiving a report, to prevent the operation of the vehicle by enjoying in front of the wheels of the city bus, and by spreading rice located far from the floor, with both hands, fluences on the face of the above G, and destroying it to the floor by cutting a public smartphone, which was cited for the purpose of giving off on-site collection, etc.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning the handling of 112 reported duties.
