Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant, on October 1, 2009, was sentenced to a suspended sentence of three years for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes by the Chuncheon District Court on the following grounds: (a) on July 29, 2010, the period of the suspended sentence was one year and six months; (b) on October 8, 2010, the sentence of the suspended sentence became effective upon being sentenced to a one-year imprisonment by the Busan District Court for larceny; (c) on August 4, 2012, the execution of the said sentence was completed by the original prison on August 4, 2012; and (d) on November 15, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a one-year and eight-year imprisonment by the Busan District Court for larceny, etc., and is currently pending in the appellate trial.
At around 11:09 on April 17, 2013, the Defendant presented the sum of KRW 10,000,000 in total of KRW 400,000,00 in 40,000, which was prepared in advance to the victim K who is an employee of the NAF branch of the NAF branch of the NAFF branch of the NAF branch of the NAF branch of the NAF branch of the NAF branch of the NAF branch of the NAF branch of the NAF-Seoul, Seoyangyang-gun, the Defendant: (a) replaced the victim with KRW 50,00,00; (b) the victim changed the victim with KRW 80,000; and (c) the victim changed the victim with KRW 50,000,000 to KRW 580; and (d) the victim stolen KRW 620,000 in cash by hiding the rest of KRW 580,000.
