A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On August 24, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for fraud at the Seoul Central District Court on August 24, 2012, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Seoul Detention Center on March 11, 2013.

1. Around 14:00 on June 10, 2013, the Defendant requested the exchange of 50,000 won worth 50,00 won to the employees in distress in his/her name in the customer center at the Chuncheon store located in Gangwon-do 511, Gangwon-do, Gangwon-do, to the employees in distress in his/her name at the customer center.

The Defendant changed one of the 50,000 won 50,000 won 50,000 won 50,000 won 0,000 won 50,000 won 5,00 won 0,000 won 50,000 won 5,00 won 50,000 won 7, and presented it to the above employee as if he received 50,00 won 4 0,00 won labs labs labs.

The Defendant received a letter of 50,000 won worth 45,000 won, which is the difference, from the above employee, and acquired property profits equivalent to the 55,000 won, from around that time to June 15, 2013 by the same method three times in total, as shown in the list of crimes.

In this respect, the Defendant acquired pecuniary benefits by deceiving the victim.

2. Attempted fraud;

A. On June 13, 2013, around 18:55, the Defendant requested the exchange of 50,000 won (40,000 won) to the employees under the name in the account book at the victim’s (ju) 191 located in the Bridge-dong 191, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-do, to exchange 50,000 won (50,000 won).

The defendant, after changing one of the 50,000 won 50,000 won 50,000 won 50,000 won 50,000 won 50,000 won 5,00 won 0,000 won 5,000 won 5,00 won 5,000 won 7, has been delivered to the above employee.
