A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On May 11, 2010, the Defendant sentenced 1 year and 2 months to the violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Busan District Court on May 11, 201, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Third Prison of North Korea on May 31, 201.

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. On July 1, 2012, at around 20:10, the Defendant provided F with approximately 0.03g of psychotropic drugs, Metropia (one-name clopon) at the Metropia restaurant near the Ecompopic (one-name copon) located in Busan Northern District, and provided F with approximately 0.03g of psychotropic drugs.

2. On April 6, 2013, around 19:00, the Defendant provided 1 with approximately 0.1g of philopon, which was 0.1g at H public parking lots located in Northern-gu, Busan, for one-time use, to I.

3. On April 10, 2013, around 19:30, the Defendant purchased and sold 0.37 gramphones from the Defendant’s LM5 car parked in front of the KM5 car in the vicinity of the Busan East-gu, Busan, with 130,000 won in cash.

4. On April 11, 2013, at around 19:00, the Defendant put about approximately 0.07 grams in a single-use injection machine in the part of the NAM located in Busan Northern-gu, and dilutiond with aquatic water, and administered them in a way of injection into the dead-patitis.

5. At around 17:55 on April 12, 2013, the Defendant possessed approximately 13.32 grams in the P Hospital parking lot located in the Busan East-gu, Busan, in a way that the Defendant kept approximately 13.32 grams in the way that the Defendant kept approximately 13.32 grams in a single-use 42-day injection machine, a single-use painting in a container with a white paper bag, 10 a single-use bag in a test color, 23 a single-use injection machine in a test color, and a driver’s seat even in a single-use lock, and keeps them in a single-use injection machine, such as a single-use injection machine.

6.
