A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant is not a handler of narcotics, etc.
On July 1, 2013, around 13:20, the Defendant purchased and sold psychotropic drugs, i.e., Melopon (one philopon; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”) in the front of the DNA Dolopon.
B. At around 13:30 on July 1, 2013, the Defendant, who stopped in the Flux near the Flux located in Yangsan City, was placed in G SM5 car operated by the Defendant in a one-time injection machine for the use of penphones, melted with water, and administered them for the use of arms.
C. At around 15:00 on July 1, 2013, the Defendant: (a) stopped in the vicinity of the cluster cluster located in H in Yangsan-si; and (b) delivered approximately two-time medications of philopon to I and J from the said SM5 car.
At around 21:00 on July 3, 2013, the Defendant issued to I the fluoral fluoral fluoral fluoral fluoral fluoral fluoral fluoral fluoral fluorals.
E. On July 3, 2013, at around 23:00, the Defendant administered the stopphone 507, with water, in a way of drinking together with water.
F. On July 4, 2013, around 16:30 on July 4, 2013, the Defendant: (a) carried 1.39g philophones contained in the instant IM5 vehicle’s container bed, which was parked in the N District (N District) parking lot located in Busan East-gu M, Busan.
G. On September 19, 2013, the Defendant transferred KRW 100,000 to O with a request to rescue phiphones. On September 22:30, 2013, the Defendant purchased and sold approximately 1.2g of philophones contained in Qmoto P in Busan, Busan, about 23:30 on the same day.
H. On September 19, 2013, the Defendant, around 23:30, injected approximately 0.07 gramphones into a single-use injection machine, melting water into a second-time injection plant, and injected them into the arms in the arms.
I. The Defendant, at around 18:00 on September 20, 2013, run a 0.02 gramopon at the Defendant’s home located in Yangsan-si (Rumbio 105) with water.
