Punishment of the crime

Defendant and B, C, D, and E intend to receive money by receiving money from a user to sell a mobile phone on the Internet’s medium-line transaction website and take contact with the victim, and they manage all criminal acts, such as providing the F. 304 of the Suwon-si F. F. 304 to the place of crime, and affixing a photograph of the cell phone, and sending the victim’s home to the victim or sending a door-to-face that contains other things, such as wall-to-face, other than the cell phone, etc., and the Defendant provided the victims with an account to receive money from the victims, and B provided the victims through C, D, and the Internet.

On December 23, 2016, the Defendant, along with B, A, D, and E, posted the phrase “A” in the above public offering, around December 23, 2016, at Llomarket mobile app 304, which is a major trading website, “Aphone 7” in Llomarket mobile app, which is a major trading website, and made a false statement to “A 50,000 won” to the victim G who reported and contacted the above sale.

However, the defendant, B, D, and E had no intention to use the money received from the injured party as entertainment expenses, etc., and even if they received money from the injured party, there was no ability or intention to send the mobile phone to the injured party.

The Defendant and B, A, D, and E, as mentioned above, were accused of the victim and received 550,000 won from the Agricultural Cooperative Account (Account Number: H) in the name of the Defendant from the victim, and received 2.68,00 won in total from the total of 9 victims, from December 31 of the same year, as shown in the annexed List of Crimes, from December 31 of the same year.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with B, A, D, and E, has taken money by deceiving victims.
