A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 21, 2014, the Defendant: (a) attached the front number plate of the freight B owned by the Defendant at the Dongdaemun-gu Office due to the failure to pay an automobile fine on the front of the intersection located in the Dongdaemun-gu Seoul household; (b) around 13:00 on March 28, 2014, the Defendant: (c) manufactured C registration number plate by means of attaching a test color plate on the front of the intersection located in the front of the intersection located in the Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government head office (a 52cm, length 11cm); and (d) attached C registration plate to the front of the said vehicle.

Accordingly, the defendant forged the air hono registration number plate for the purpose of exercising.

2. On March 28, 2014, around 13:30 on the 2014, the Defendant exercised a forged air defense by operating the said vehicle with a forged motor vehicle registration number plate attached, as above, at a section of about 3 km from the front of the funeral school in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu to the Defendant’s residence in the Seoul Central library D.

3. No automobile which is not covered by the mandatory insurance in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall be operated on the road; and

Nevertheless, around 13:30 on March 28, 2014, the Defendant operated C cargo vehicles not covered by mandatory insurance at approximately 3 km section from the front of the bridge in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul to the front of the road in the private household.
