A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six years.

1. Crimes against victims C;

A. Around 17:00 on February 6, 2018, the Defendant assaulted the victim by having the victim face face, etc. in several instances on the ground that the victim exchangeds with another male for the reason that he/she exchangeds contact with another male, and allowing the victim to fill up a hole in the face of the victim.

As above, the Defendant, taking advantage of the victim’s state where the victim was assaulted by the Defendant and frightened, made the victim off clothes and inserted the Defendant’s sexual organ into the part of the victim’s body by threatening the victim “I am off. I am off the clothes. I am off. I am off the clothes.”

Accordingly, the defendant raped the victim who is a child or juvenile.

B. Intimidation 1) On December 1, 2017, the Defendant threatened the victim with the victim’s sexually related video images taken from the victim’s sexually related places in the military, i.e., the victim’s cell phone, and the victim’s sexually related conflicts with the dispute. (ii) on February 23, 2018, the Defendant threatened the victim with the victim by stating that “I will raise the sexually related video images taken from the victim’s sexually related places in the military, i.e., the victim and cellular phone, and the victim’s verbally in the dispute with the victim, on the ground that I would not have the victim’s speech.” On the ground that I would like to bring about the victim’s sexually related places in the military, i.e., the victim and the mobile phone, and that I would like to bring about the victim’s sexually related video images into North Korea.”

C. On February 6, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 16:00 on February 6, 2018, in the residence of the victim of D Apartment E, Gunsan-si; (b) on the ground that the victim was given another male and Kakao Stockholm, prices the victim’s face on about 20 occasions as drinking; and (c) walking twice in the victim’s bucks.
