Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates a stock company C and engages in construction machinery leasing business, intermediation business, etc.

On October 5, 2011, the Defendant registered the establishment of a 205 billion mortgage on each of the above dump trucks with the claim amounting to KRW 10,000,000,000,000 for KRW 25,000,000,000,000 for each of the above dump trucks with the Defendant’s wife F. 3 billion.

The Defendant, in violation of the foregoing duties, takes over approximately KRW 250,00,00 as security for personal debt, KRW 250,00,00, KRW 14:0 on April 2, 2012, G, H, I, and D, which is a 25 tons dump truck, at the office of the Co., Ltd. located in Young-gun, Young-gun, Young-gun, Busan, to the O Heavy Trading Co., Ltd. located in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, Busan, each of the waiver of the vehicle, and each of the waiver of the vehicle was issued on August 14, 2012 at around 14:00 to 15:00, at the same place as the above 25 tons of the vehicle at around 14:00 to 15:00, and the Defendant takes over the above 25 tons of the vehicle from P, and prepares a memorandum of the vehicle.
