[Defendant A] The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

In collusion with G, which is a taxi engineer belonging to FF, the Defendants intentionally caused a traffic accident against a traffic-related vehicle or suspected vehicle of drinking, or intentionally caused a traffic accident after dividing the perpetrator and victim's role, and then, they are aware of the true traffic accident that occurred by pretending to receive insurance proceeds from the victim insurance company.

1. 2.
