A person shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not less than six months, and a person who commits the crimes of the No. 3 and No. 4 as stated in the judgment of the defendant.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On August 17, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for the violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning Regulation and Punishment of Speculative Acts, etc. in the Port Branch of the Daegu District Court on August 17, 201 and the said judgment became final and conclusive on August 25, 201.
1. Co-defendant C, Co-Defendant C, and D’s co-defendants and C, and D’s co-defendants are as follows: one another’s friendship and social good faith.

C and D purchased each insurance on November 2008, and thereafter C drive a motor vehicle, and the defendant and D conspiredd to obtain insurance money by intentionally taking advantage of the vehicle driven by C and resulting in an accident.

At around that time, E and D received a false traffic accident report as if they were a traffic accident where the said accident had occurred by negligence. Each insurance company claimed insurance proceeds from December 26, 2008 to March 25, 2009, each insurance company received from the insurance company the total insurance proceeds of KRW 43,329,824 as stated in the crime list (1).
2. Around January 2010, the Defendant and C conspired to drive a motor vehicle, and the Defendant intentionally take the vehicle driven by C, resulting in an accident, and to conceal it and acquire insurance money.
