A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is not a person handling narcotics, but shall not administer or trade narcotics or psychotropic drugs.
1. At around 13:00 on June 7, 2013, the Defendant: (a) divided approximately 0.1g of psychotropic drugs D with D with D at the Defendant’s residence in Dongducheon-si; (b) divided them into two for a single-use injection instrument 2; and 0.05g of psychotropic drugs; and (c) injected them by d into two for a single-use injection instrument; and (d) administered them by having D injection into the Defendant’s right-hand neck.
2. On June 10, 2013, the Defendant, at around 10:00, 000, 0.1g of philophonephones with D, which were 0.4g in the above Defendant’s residence, were dilutiond by 0.05g of 0.05g of philophones for one-time injection period, respectively, and administered them by having D injection into the Defendant’s right-hand part.
3. The Defendant, at the time, at the same time, at a place as Paragraph 2, provided that D would give KRW 300,000 to D, and purchased approximately 0.3g of opphones remaining after medication as above.
4. On September 15, 2013, the Defendant, at around 15:00, injected approximately 0.07 gramphones purchased from the above Defendant’s residence, such as paragraph (3), in a single-use injection machine, and administered them by means of injection to the left-hand side of the Defendant.
5. On October 2, 2013, at around 15:30, the Defendant injected approximately 0.07 grams among philophones purchased at the Defendant’s residence, such as paragraph (3), in a single-use injection, and administered them by means of injecting them into the left-hand part of the Defendant.
