1. The remaining Defendants except Defendant H, I, and Seoul Guarantee Insurance Co., Ltd. shall be the Plaintiff, and each of the attached Table 1.

The following facts are deemed to have been led to the confession of the Defendants under the main text of Article 150(3) and the main text of Article 150(1) of the Civil Procedure Act between the Plaintiff and the Defendant C, D, G, K, M,O, P, Q, and R, and there is no dispute between the parties, or between the Plaintiff and the Defendant B, E, F, H, I, J, J, L, N, and Seoul Guarantee Co., Ltd., and the whole purport of the arguments and arguments by taking account of Gap’s evidence Nos. 9 through 12, Eul’s evidence No. 28-1 through 47, Eul’s evidence No. 28, Eul evidence No. 1, Eul evidence No. 2-1, Eul evidence No. 2

On October 1, 1971, a company incorporated under the Mutual Savings Banks Act for the purpose of mutual credit fraternity business and credit installment savings business, and was declared bankrupt on August 7, 2009 by Jeonju District Court 2009Hahap1, and the plaintiff was appointed as trustee in bankruptcy on the same day.

B. The Defendant B acquired 5.33% or more of the shares of the bank in bankruptcy by September 10, 2008, including the acquisition of 5.33% or more of the shares of the bank in the name of Defendant D on December 1, 2005. The Defendant C purchased 224,000 shares of the bank in bankruptcy from Defendant B on December 27, 2006 and became a major shareholder until December 26, 2008.
