1. The plaintiff's lawsuit against the defendant G shall be dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. L Co., Ltd. (formerly: hereinafter “instant bank”) is a financial company that engages in the business of receiving deposits and installment savings, lending of funds, and discounting bills. On August 5, 2011, L Co., Ltd. (formerly: A; hereinafter “instant bank”) was ordered to suspend its business because it was designated as an insolvent financial institution by the Financial Services Commission, and was declared bankrupt on June 21, 201, Ulsan District Court 201Hau-4.

On June 21, 2012, the Plaintiff was appointed from the Ulsan District Court as a trustee in bankruptcy of the instant bank.

B. Defendant B, as a major shareholder of the instant bank, served as a director from April 6, 2005 to September 25, 2009, and as a representative director from March 10, 2006 to August 5, 201.

From February 27, 2003 to November 7, 2006, Defendant C served as a director of the instant bank, from July 1, 2003 to March 10, 2006.

Defendant D was a director, auditor, and audit committee of the instant bank from December 10, 2004 to August 5, 201, and Defendant D served as a director of the instant bank from March 10, 2006 to September 19, 207.

Defendant F was the auditor and director of the instant bank from April 6, 2005 to March 10, 2006; Defendant G was the director of the instant bank from March 10, 2006 to July 10, 2007; Defendant H was the director of the instant bank from August 28, 2002 to December 10, 2004; Defendant I was the auditor of the instant bank from August 28, 2002 to April 6, 2005; Defendant J was the director of the instant bank from August 28, 2002 to December 10, 2004 to December 10, 201, respectively.

C. The instant bank executed each of the loans listed below between July 2003 and January 2009.
