Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a year and by a fine of twenty million won.

The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall arrange, solicit, induce, induce, or compel sexual traffic in return for promising to receive money, valuables, and other property benefits from unspecified persons, or provide a place for sexual traffic.

On September 2019, the Defendant leased heading C (office), D, and E, etc. of the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, posted an advertisement indicating the propy and telephone number of sexual traffic women, and the price for sexual traffic by course on the advertisement site of sexual traffic such as “H” in the name of “H” on the early September 2019. The Defendant was willing to engage in sexual traffic arranging business so that many unspecified male customers, who find the business place, receive the price of sexual traffic from KRW 130,00 to KRW 260,00,00, and receive the price of sexual traffic and have sexual intercourses with those waiting in each subparagraph.

On August 19, 2020, the Defendant was waiting for the above officetel E with 150,000 won from a man on a non-fluence on August 20, 202.

From February 2, 2020 to August 19, 2020, in addition to I and sexual intercourses, many unspecified male customers received commercial sex acts from unspecified male customers and made them to have sexual intercourses with sexual intercourses, and they made profits by removing 50,000 won from the price of commercial sex acts received from male customers as a commission.

Accordingly, the defendant arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.
