[Defendant A] The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year and six months.

However, the above punishment shall be imposed for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant: (a) directly leased or leased an officetel No. 4, E, F, or G in the name of any other person; (b) placed an advertisement on “I,” etc., which is an Internet commercial sex arrangement site, while operating an officetel trade business under the trade name of “H”; (c) around January 8, 2020, the Defendant reported the advertisement of the Internet commercial sex arrangement site in the above office No. 21:30, Jan. 21, 2020; and (d) assisted female employees J to receive KRW 150,00 per hour from male descendants on the name of the business owner who was found to receive KRW 150,00 from the above office No. 1.

In addition, from April 2019 to January 8, 2020, the Defendant had six of the six sexual traffic women, including J and K, employed in the same manner in the above officetels, work at the work of an average of 150,000 won per hour from the male customers suffering from such place to receive 150,000 to 180,000 won per hour as the price for sexual traffic, and had the said women engage in sexual traffic eight times in the total daily average sexual traffic with male customers.

Accordingly, the defendant committed commercial sex acts such as arranging commercial sex acts.

2. On August 16, 2019, the Defendant concluded a lease agreement with the Defendant with respect to the business of arranging commercial sex acts in the name of the Defendant to assist the business of arranging commercial sex acts, and made it easy for A to arrange commercial sex acts for the business of arranging commercial sex acts, such as allowing A to engage in commercial sex acts in the instant officetel G, from around December 2, 2019 to around October 10 of the same month.

Accordingly, the defendant aided A's act of arranging sexual traffic.
