Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, from October 10, 201 to January 19, 201, performed work as a seafarer of the Kim Farming City operated by the Victim B from October 10, 201.

1. The defrauded did not intend to work as a seafarer even if he received advance payment from the victim.

On January 22, 2012, the Defendant made phone calls to the victim on January 22, 2012, and made a false statement to the effect that “The Defendant sent to the victim with an annual leave of absence for entertainment expenses and work again at the punished (victim) and Kim Ge-type, which would change KRW 450,00 won as prepaid.”

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, received 450,00 won, which was delivered by the victim on the 23th day of the same month through her friendship C, under the pretext of advance payment, at around 00:30,000 won, from the Eel, Sinsan-si.

B. At around 19:00 of the same month, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim, stating that “The victim shall be 50,000 won in advance of the above Eel.”

The Defendant, as such, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 500,00 from the victim under his/her name as a prepaid payment.

C. On the 24th day of the same month, the Defendant, at around 14:00, made a false statement in front of the Gu G in the same city F, stating that “The Defendant shall enter the Gambagdo and work in the Gambagdo, so he shall be paid KRW 700,000,000 at the credit value of H (open-do).”

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim and paying the above credit value through his mother's mother on the same day, acquired property benefits equivalent to the same amount.

On the 25th of the same month, the Defendant called the victim on the 10:00 on the 25th of the same month, and made a false statement to the effect that “The Defendant shall transfer KRW 100,000 to the head of a Tong in advance, so as to pay

The Defendant, as such, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 100,00 from the victim, via his/her post office account at around 15:00 on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant over four times.
