On March 9, 2016, at around 09:59, the Defendant infringed on the copyright of the victim by accessing the “B” to the “Y” file in Gwangju North-gu, Gwangju-gu, and distributing the “E” which is held by the victim D’s copyright to the unlawful download so that many and unspecified people can freely download it.
