1. Details of the disposition;

A. A, while running a trucking transport business under the trade name of B, A, a stock company, entered into a sales contract for container transport Track and cement transport track vehicles that are not allowed to be supplied from April 7, 2008 to April 30, 2014, and entered a total of 56 vehicle registration numbers with the permission for increase of the number of vehicles by means of filing an application for increase of the number of vehicles, etc., and registered the 56 vehicle registration numbers with the permission for increase of the number of vehicles, and registered the 56 vehicle registration numbers with the permission for increase of the number of vehicles by using the method of filing an application for increase of the number of vehicles, etc.

B. 1) The plaintiffs are corporations with the purpose of trucking transport business, etc., and they are vehicles listed in the column for “subject vehicle” listed in the attached Table 1-1(1) and (2) attached hereto (hereinafter referred to as “subject vehicle” listed in the attached Table 1-1(1) attached hereto, and each vehicle listed in the “subject vehicle” listed in the attached Table 1-1(2) attached hereto, and each vehicle listed in the “subject vehicle” listed in the attached Table 1-1(2) attached hereto, are “the instant vehicle” and “each of the instant vehicles” collectively.

(2) The Plaintiffs reported the transfer and acquisition of trucking transport business to the Defendant regarding each of the instant vehicles that they acquired as above, and the Defendant accepted all of them from August 2009 to January 2015.

C. On July 20, 2016, the Defendant issued a disposition on July 20, 2016, the Plaintiff Co., Ltd.
