A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

around May 2, 2018, the Defendant “2018 Godan1582” stated that “I would promptly send KRW 50,000 to the Defendant’s account in the name of the Defendant (E) by visiting the victim by visiting the victim as “I wish to send 50,000 won to the Defendant’s account.”

However, the Defendant did not have as soon as possible the reading writing, and even if he received the payment from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to send the above teaching material.

The Defendant received KRW 50,00 from the victim to the above account on the same day and received KRW 6,947,500 in total from 37 times through 37 times in the following manner, as described in the list of crimes (1) from around that time to July 10, 2018.

around June 24, 2018, the Defendant, “2018 Highest 1754,” made a false statement to the victim G that he/she would have access to B carpets from the Yansan-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City F and sell confidential forest dVds to the victim G. However, the Defendant did not have any intent or ability to sell the said goods.

The Defendant received 175,000 won from the H bank account (I) in the name of the Defendant on the same day from the victim as the price, and acquired 700,000 won in total from five victims through the above method, as shown in the attached list of crimes (2) from around that time to July 22, 2018.

At around 14:42 on July 23, 2018, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that he/she would contact the victim and send 1.30,000 won to the victim by sending 1.30,000 won.

However, as the defendant did not have the above punishment, he did not have the intention or ability to send the punishment even if he received the price from the victim.

The Defendant received 130,000 won from the victim to the L Bank account in the name of K on the same day.
